2018 started like a roller-coaster but so far, I’m enjoying the speeding.
How much do you know about me lately? Not much, right? Sometimes I feel it is a good thing to keep my important matter for myself, but at the same time I would like to share with you my progress.
Why do I call it “progress”? Because everyday is a new opportunity to be better than yesterday and I’m so grateful that so far my everyday have being overwhelming, and I’m still not believing that I actually got where I am today.
I am not going to keep you reading for too long, I only need 2 minutes of your time:
Do not stop believing in yourself, I know you can reach to wherever you want to get, and you know why I know this? Because if you are reading this means you are already winning. Life can be hard sometimes, and I am extremely sure about this (I had sweated blood several times and probably I will keep doing it) but you have something that I did not have… you have my support.
I do not have the same time for writing anymore but I’m reading more than before which is the basic requirement for writers. Someday, I will conquer that dream too, and you know why? Because I believe in me.
I’m going to leave now, but before I go, I will share with you what Joanne Rowling said when someone asked her how did she change her life:
“I stopped pretending to myself that I was anything other than what I was, and began to direct all my energy to finishing the only work that mattered to me. Had I really succeeded at anything else, I might never have found the determination to succeed in the one area where I truly belonged. I was set free, because my greatest fear had been realized, and I was still alive, and I still had a daughter whom I adored, and I had an old typewriter, and a big idea. And so rock bottom became a solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life”.
